"Sib's Sweet Potato Pie Ice Cream"
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 cup milk 3/4 cup of sugar
1/4 slice of "Ja'Trel's Delicious Sweet Potato Pie or your favorite sweet potato pie (baked, ready to eat)
2 cups heavy cream
wallace "sib" sibley, jr.
Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk in sugar, a little at a time, then continue whisking until completely blended, about 1 minute more. Pour in the cream & milk and whisk to blend. Pour sweet cream base into ice cream maker and churn for 15 -20 minutes.

Cut sweet potato pie (with crust) into small dime-sized chunks. Pour chunks of sweet potato pie into sweet cream base and let churning continue: 10-15 minutes If you prefer chunky ice cream. 25-30 minutes if you prefer smooth ice cream. Preparation 45-60 minutes. 8 Servings
